your son/daughter stays at Trent for the Forensic Science Camp. As the newest residence building on campus
the
rooms are well-maintained, clean and comfortable. Campers and Camp Counselors
are housed in single rooms, with a full closet, nightstand, desk and double bed...AND
a single adjoining bathroom complete with shower for every 2 people! Bed linens,
pillows and
towels are provided by Conference Services for all overnight guests.

Building |
Trent
University's DNA Building is a centre
of academic excellence dedicated to
interdisciplinary teaching and research,
especially in the discipline of DNA
Forensics. The hallmark feature of this facility is the Natural Resources DNA Profiling and
Forensic Centre.
The DNA Building also features wet
and dry laboratories, a greenhouse,
classrooms, lecture halls, and faculty

The building is also home to the
Forensic
Science Program Office , a state-of-the-art DNA Forensics teaching lab, which was designed following
the guidelines and direction of the American Society of Crime Laboratory Directors
(ASCLD) and the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP). |

A conservation officer engages campers in a discussion
concerning poaching. The Conservation Officer
Service (COS) is the enforcement program of the
Ministry of Environment. The COS is also the lead
program for managing and responding to wildlife/human
conflicts where there is a risk to public safety.
