Program |

The goal of the Forensic Science Camp at Trent University is to provide high school
students (grade 9-12) with an environment that will allow them to learn about DNA
technology, forensic science and related social issues. The learning framework will
be one of group-directed problem solving. |

Campers Will: |
- Collect and process evidence from a crime scene
- Use DNA technology to solve crime
- Prepare for and participate in a mock trial
- Use state-of-the-art laboratory equipment
- Gain valuable first-hand knowledge from professionals in the field of Forensic Science
- Develop their own DNA profile
- Wear a bunny suit

Full Residential Camp $750.00 per week
Includes accommodation on campus, food, 24-hour supervision, acitivities, and entertainment
Day Camp $250.00 per week
For local residents - Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

crime scene. This evidence will be analyzed and entered in a mock trial at the end
of the camp week.
